WORKING WITH A VisaOne EXPERT
AGENTSWITCH SERVICE
Are you currently with another migration agency and looking to switch agents?

Tip #1
The first step is to submit an accurate and eligible EOI in order to maxismise your chances of getting an invitation.
If you are invited, you can then submit the visa application to live and work in Australia. This is the second step.
A Migration Agent or Lawyer is important to lodging an EOI as they can assist you in making your application stand out from the rest.
Tip #2
You don’t necessarily need an employer to apply for this visa. An employer is not required for your application if you are eligible for the Subclass 189 and Subclass 190.
The Subclass 190 is a State Sponsored subclass and some states may require you to have a job offer.

Tip #3
Skilled Migration can be a long process so it is always best to start planning in advance. It can take up to 2 years to receive an EOI invitation.
If you are in Australia, there are no bridging visas associated with EOI submission. What this means is that Skilled Migration is not a viable pathway to stay in Australia longer if you are already onshore. Talk to an experienced Immigration Agent or Lawyer to see what visa options suit your situation.

Excellent continuous personal contact. Rapid response rate and I liked the continuity of dealing with the same member of staff who knew my position so well. Clear instructions and kept well informed.
