- a minimum of two years relevant work experience is not required for the position

Cooks cannot be nominated if the duties are performed in limited service restaurants or in a factory setting for mass production. A limited service restaurant includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- fast food or takeaway food services
- fast casual restaurants

- not based in a therapeutic setting are likely to include positions assigned to a spa, shopping malls or a prostitution setting
- based in a therapeutic setting are likely to include positions assigned to a clinic offering therapeutic massage, physiotherapy and/or chiropractic care
