Prospective Marriage Visa
This visa allows fiancés of Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens to enter Australia for 9 months to marry their fiancés. This is a temporary visa only.
Parent Visa
This visa is for parents who have a child that is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. The sponsoring child has to have lived in Australia for at least 2 years. Shorter periods of residency can be considered on compassionate and compelling circumstances.
