About the role
The Migration Agent for Sales is responsible in managing prospect clients to ensure continuous generation of quality leads for the company. S/he is also responsible in providing legal advice consultation to clients to identify their needs that would possibly address through our service.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Manages sales targets to ensure continuous growth in sales revenue;
- Executes sales initiatives, strategies and programs necessary for achieving sales targets;
- Assists the Sales Manager in setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates to ensure that company’s target profit will not be compromised;
- Maps potential clients and generates quality leads for the organization to ensure successful sales rate;
- Works cross functionally with other departments in order to generates new leads sources and expand the target clients’ base;
- Maintains and improving relationship with the clients to acquire repeat and referral clients;
- Maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences in order to provide an excellent customer service;
- Attends call request from the operations team to the Department of Home Affairs to secure critical information necessary for client’s visa application;
- Resolves escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service;
- Analyses sales data on sales report and develop plans to address performance gaps; and
- Trains staff on effective client handling to establish a customer-centric culture within the company.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent (with current MARN registration)
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in Australian Migration law
- With excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- With experience in customer relationship management
- Dedication in providing excellent customer service
